Senior Household Support
Offer respectful non-clinical household help and coordination, with clear boundaries
between everyday support and licensed care.
Companion coordination
Arrange conversation, social engagement, reading, walks, games and routine check-ins through an approved model. Personal or clinical care is excluded unless delivered by a licensed provider.
Transportation assistance
Coordinate scheduling, escorting and travel through an authorized carrier or approved family arrangement. Provider and payment responsibility must be explicit.
Shopping assistance
Plan a list, place online orders, accompany a customer through an approved transportation arrangement or complete delivery errands with receipt controls.
Medication reminders
Provide verbal or written reminders based on existing instructions. Workers do not select, dispense, administer, alter or advise on medication.
Household assistance for seniors
Provide light housekeeping, linens, meal setup, organization and routines designed around mobility, access and communication preferences.
Technology assistance
Help with phones, video calls, online appointments, settings and scam-awareness basics without requesting passwords, banking credentials or account authority.
