Plan to support English and Spanish at launch, with vetted French and additional languages based on capacity. General language help is not presented as certified legal or medical interpretation.
We collect only information needed to plan and verify the service, use role-based access and request permission for service photos. Customers should never upload passwords, banking credentials, identity documents or unnecessary health information.
Service Navigator is not a substitute for 911, utilities or public emergency authorities. We may support activated community or disaster programs with non-clinical, non-hazardous work after sites are declared safe.
